Hiatus maybe?

So, I'm really considering shutting this blog down.
1. I'm the only writer and I was HOPING to get a writer per Western team.
2. I'm not great at keeping blogs updated... except LiveJournals because I've been LJ'ing since like, 2001.
3. My life has basically become AHL hockey.

What!? Three is ridiculous? No. No, trust me, it's not. I live right in downtown Grand Rapids. I Don't have to DRIVE to get to the games. I have FRONT ROW SEATS whenever I go. There's fairly common autograph sessions in which I actually get to be taller than 6'5" players because they're on the bench and we're in the stands with the glass removed. Plus, I get to be an informant on all the prospects before they head up to the big club! I love jumping on a message board or blog and spitting out facts on the players in the AHL and how they could contribute if they were to be called up. It makes me feel big. Not my normal 5'1", 18 year old college student shrimpy size, I feel BIG! I'm sure my not quite so hockey indulgent friends that I go to games with dislike my spitting out of stats and analyses at various points through the game ("Oh! Good, Kindl was in on that goal! And oh it was even strength! Yay he's +1 today!! He needs his +/- to go up!")... but I thoroughly enjoy it. Not to mention pictures! And interaction with the guys in warmup (my friend got a head nod and a face from Aaron Downey last game - it made her day)! Ahh I live for it lately. It's not my fault that when I'm in my hometown I'm a 45 minute drive from the Red Wings, but here at college I'm a 5 minute walk from the Griffins...

But whoa. Got off track here.

Point of it all? I'm thinking WCGG is going to shut down, or at least go on hiatus, and I'll create a blog for my newest complete love. Because I'm quite sure my friends on my personal LiveJournal are getting sick of my discussing prospects in statistics and nicknames, all of which mean nothing to them.
